En soi, \u00eatre citoyen\u00b7ne (sans le num\u00e9rique) est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une t\u00e2che franchement complexe. Alors, l\u2019ajout des environnements num\u00e9riques \u00e0 notre quotidien ajoute en complexit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019introduction de microsoft 365 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole publique d\u00e8s la 5H (~8ans), le CRE\/ATE \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 par Fritic \u00e0 d\u00e9finir la citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique dans une vid\u00e9o \u00e0 destination des enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s et des formateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s d\u2019enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s que Fritic g\u00e8re. Dans la mesure du possible, je devais souligner la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et la complexit\u00e9 du concept, et placer un discours \u00ab\u2009scientifique\u2009\u00bb. De fait, cette demande semblait \u00e9maner d\u2019un besoin de contrebalancer un d\u00e9ploiement informatique peu ou pas d\u00e9battu.<\/p>\n<p>Allons savoir ce que ce discours g\u00e9n\u00e8rera face aux obligations institutionnelles qui structurent et limitent le m\u00e9tier p\u00e9dagogique. Limitant, pourquoi, alors que l\u2019on met \u00e0 disposition des enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s un outil pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme performant\u2009? Parce qu\u2019une plateforme unique choisie et impos\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00c9tat sur des crit\u00e8res jamais d\u00e9voil\u00e9s ne permettra que difficilement un d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences, mais assurera un formatage \u00e0 cette offre propri\u00e9taire. Pour rappel, le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tence passe aussi, parfois, par des situations probl\u00e8mes que l\u2019investissement intellectuel et l\u2019exploration permettent de r\u00e9soudre. La complexit\u00e9 des environnements num\u00e9riques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole obligatoire semble donc, \u00e0 priori, \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour former \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique.
