{"id":1357,"date":"2020-12-04T09:02:49","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T08:02:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/?p=1357"},"modified":"2020-12-04T11:52:17","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T10:52:17","slug":"le-numerique-comme-moyen-de-remediation-aux-competences-linguistique-en-l2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/le-numerique-comme-moyen-de-remediation-aux-competences-linguistique-en-l2\/","title":{"rendered":"Le num\u00e9rique comme moyen de (re)m\u00e9diation aux comp\u00e9tences linguistique en L2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le num\u00e9rique comme moyen de (re)m\u00e9diation aux comp\u00e9tences linguistique en L2 : OURA, outil de r\u00e9gulation du test d&#8217;entr\u00e9e \u00e0 le HEP Fribourg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le bilinguisme fran\u00e7ais-allemand ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques des professeur-e-s de la HEP|PH FR constituent des enjeux majeurs pour cette institution.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de l\u2019examen d\u2019entr\u00e9e 2020 \u00e0 la HEP|PH FR, l\u2019\u00e9quipe enseignante de L2 et celle de Digital skills se sont r\u00e9unies ensemble dans une d\u00e9marche pluridisciplinaire int\u00e9grant l\u2019utilisation de la plateforme OURA dans le cadre du test d&#8217;entr\u00e9e en fran\u00e7ais L2 (\u00ab Einstufungstest L2 \u00bb en allemand). La plate-forme OURA, en tant qu&#8217;outil de (re)m\u00e9diation, a permis de r\u00e9colter des indices sur la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiant-e-s, sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s&#8217;auto\u00e9valuer en L2 et sur leur mani\u00e8re de s&#8217;autor\u00e9guler dans leur appropriation langagi\u00e8re dans cette langue.<\/p>\n<p>La phase 1 du projet avait pour objectif le recueil des perceptions des \u00e9tudiant-e-s sur le test. En effet, \u00e0 la fin de leur \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9dictive en langue 2, les \u00e9tudiant-e-s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9-e-s en septembre 2020 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux sondages pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par les formatrices HEP. Les questions des sondages ciblaient 25 dimensions r\u00e9parties dans sept domaines intimement li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette exp\u00e9rience. Il s&#8217;agit, par exemple, du sentiment de comp\u00e9tence, de l&#8217;attrait et de la contr\u00f4labilit\u00e9 de la t\u00e2che, du soutien propos\u00e9 par les pairs ou l\u2019enseignant-e, etc. Ces diff\u00e9rentes dimensions concernent directement l&#8217;apprenant-e, mais elles touchent \u00e9galement des aspects sur lesquels l&#8217;enseignant-e peut intervenir p\u00e9dagogiquement pendant le semestre. Les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9colt\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce aux sondages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es imm\u00e9diatement et restitu\u00e9es sous diff\u00e9rentes formes graphiques donnant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des synth\u00e8ses pour l&#8217;enseignant-e et l\u2019\u00e9tudiant-e lui-m\u00eame. Cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans une logique d\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es massives (Siemens &amp; Long, 2011), mais aussi dans une perspective d\u2019apprentissage et de formation (Peraya, 2019).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/oura\/oura\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1031\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1031 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2020\/05\/oura.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/oura.png 631w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/oura-206x200.png 206w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/oura-412x400.png 412w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 232px) 100vw, 232px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La phase 2 du projet de recherche avait pour l\u2019objectif le recueil des t\u00e9moignages de ces m\u00eames \u00e9tudiants sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue \u00e0 la phase 1. Des entretiens compr\u00e9hensifs semi-directifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s avec les m\u00eames \u00e9tudiants apr\u00e8s les sondages. Ce choix m\u00e9thodologique nous permet d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s aux principes de l\u2019entretien compr\u00e9hensif qui \u00ab ne sont rien d\u2019autre que la formation d\u2019un savoir-faire concret issu du terrain, qui est un savoir-faire personnel \u00bb (Kaufmann 1996, p.9).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analyse crois\u00e9e des r\u00e9sultats des sondages avec les entretiens semi-directifs a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019apport de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019OURA dans l\u2019analyse des besoins, l\u2019\u00e9valuation, l\u2019auto\u00e9valuation ainsi que la personnalisation de la formation en fran\u00e7ais L2. De plus, les r\u00e9sultats de cette recherche d\u00e9montrent que l&#8217;utilisation du num\u00e9rique implique une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de s\u2019interroger \u00e0 propos des besoins du public plurilingue et multiculturel.
