{"id":144,"date":"2019-10-02T08:15:40","date_gmt":"2019-10-02T06:15:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/?p=144"},"modified":"2019-10-03T09:07:14","modified_gmt":"2019-10-03T07:07:14","slug":"la-diversite-des-environnements-numeriques-pour-permettre-leducation-au-numerique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/la-diversite-des-environnements-numeriques-pour-permettre-leducation-au-numerique\/","title":{"rendered":"Le libre \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole publique : l&#8217;unique solution pour former et non formater"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Quels environnements num\u00e9riques fournir aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves\/\u00e9tudiants de l&#8217;\u00e9cole obligatoire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;heure o\u00f9 les environnements physiques des b\u00e2timents scolaires sont questionn\u00e9s, et o\u00f9 des d\u00e9cisions importantes sont prises pour d\u00e9finir les environnements num\u00e9riques d&#8217;apprentissage, cette interrogation est centrale.<\/p>\n<p>Le choix d&#8217;un environnement num\u00e9rique en contexte scolaire soul\u00e8ve des tensions importantes, notamment entre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>v\u00e9racit\u00e9 de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience d&#8217;apprentissage et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;environnement num\u00e9rique offert,<\/li>\n<li>entre devoir de diligence des enseignants et militantisme citoyen anti-GAFAM,<\/li>\n<li>entre formation d&#8217;esprits critiques ou formatage bureautique&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En effet, choisir un environnement num\u00e9rique unique revient \u00e0 standardiser les exp\u00e9riences d&#8217;apprentissage offertes aux \u00e9tudiants\/\u00e9l\u00e8ves. Cela va, \u00e0 priori, \u00e0 l&#8217;encontre des ambitions affich\u00e9es par les comp\u00e9tences du 21e si\u00e8cle et les capacit\u00e9s transversales de plus en plus valoris\u00e9es. L&#8217;infrastructure d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans l&#8217;\u00e9ducation se fonde donc sur des arguments financiers, certes, mais aussi par des ambitions p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un choix de l&#8217;infrastructure num\u00e9rique pour l&#8217;\u00e9ducation publique pourrait \u00eatre uniquement <strong>fond\u00e9 sur des perspectives fonctionnelles et financi\u00e8res<\/strong> qui imposeraient ainsi des solutions standardis\u00e9es :\n<ul>\n<li><em>Microsoft<\/em> (Office 365) pour tous. Dans la philosophie BYOD, l&#8217;\u00e9tat ne s&#8217;occupe ni du hardware ni du software. Les responsabilit\u00e9s sont d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es aux individus pour l&#8217;achat du hardware et \u00e0 Microsoft pour le service apr\u00e8s vente, ainsi que pour le software. La multinationale garantit une ergonomie telle que l&#8217;\u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique pourrait se r\u00e9duire \u00e0 la bureautique.<\/li>\n<li><em>Google<\/em> (G Suite for Education) pour tous. Idem&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><em>Apple<\/em>\u00a0 (Apple tools for teaching) pour tous. Idem&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"width: 1920px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-144-1\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" loop autoplay preload=\"auto\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/07\/user.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/07\/user.mp4\">https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/07\/user.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Le choix de l\u2019infrastructure num\u00e9rique pour l&#8217;\u00e9ducation publique pourrait \u00eatre <strong>fond\u00e9 sur des ambitions p\u00e9dagogiques fortes<\/strong> qui imposeraient ainsi des solutions ouvertes :\n<ul>\n<li><em>Les alternatives libres pour tous<\/em>. Dans cette perspective, l&#8217;utilisation est rendue difficile, de nombreux apprentissages deviennent n\u00e9cessaires avant de pouvoir faire une pr\u00e9sentation sur les feuilles d&#8217;automne, une somme pour le budget de sortie de classe sur tableur, ou encore un rapport d&#8217;investigation scientifique contenant des photos de bo\u00eetes de p\u00e9tri \u00e0 trois temps de mesure. Le support technique deviendrait important, car les d\u00e9fis informatiques seraient nombreux. Cela serait co\u00fbteux certes, mais la rencontre entre quelqu&#8217;un porteur d&#8217;une expertise et quelqu&#8217;un demandeur de celle-ci n&#8217;est-elle pas un lieu d&#8217;apprentissage ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-653 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/07\/raspberry-pi-1719219_1280.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"359\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/raspberry-pi-1719219_1280.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/raspberry-pi-1719219_1280-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/raspberry-pi-1719219_1280-356x200.jpg 356w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/raspberry-pi-1719219_1280-712x400.jpg 712w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais il y a les enseignants m&#8217;a-t-on souvent dit !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est certain que si la pr\u00e9misse est <em>il faut du num\u00e9rique et si on n\u2019y arrive pas, c&#8217;est \u00e0 cause des enseignants<\/em>, l&#8217;unique solution envisageable est l&#8217;hyperergonomie et la suppression totale de d\u00e9fis sources d&#8217;apprentissage. Mais la pr\u00e9misse pourrait \u00eatre diff\u00e9rente : <em>lorsque le projet p\u00e9dagogie est clair, les enseignants s&#8217;engagent et se donnent la peine de faire les choses bien<\/em>. Il me semble que les alternatives libres permettent un vrai projet p\u00e9dagogique porteur de sens, ainsi qu&#8217;un projet de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tout \u00e0 fait d\u00e9fendable.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ils sont peu nombreux \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre les alternatives libres.
