En marge de la d\u00e9marche d\u2019\u00e9valuation des enseignements par les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s (EEE), les professeur\u00b7e\u00b7s se basent habituellement sur leur ressenti, leurs impressions, mais aussi sur l\u2019engagement des apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s ou leurs productions pour \u00e9valuer \u00e0 la fois leurs apprentissages et pour appr\u00e9cier l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la pertinence des enseignements dispens\u00e9s. Les donn\u00e9es qu\u2019ils collectent restent n\u00e9anmoins partielles parce qu\u2019elles n\u2019englobent pas l\u2019avis des premiers int\u00e9ress\u00e9s, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s eux-m\u00eames. Pour pallier cette difficult\u00e9, une \u00e9quipe de professeur\u00b7e\u00b7s des Hautes \u00c9coles p\u00e9dagogiques de Fribourg et de BEJUNE ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la plateforme OURA qui permet, par le biais d\u2019une interface tr\u00e8s simple, d\u2019interroger les apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s sur les exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage qu\u2019ils ont v\u00e9cues. Parmi 7 domaines et 21 dimensions, le professeur s\u00e9lectionne celles qu\u2019il juge pertinentes en regard de la t\u00e2che r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et la plateforme g\u00e9n\u00e8re ensuite un questionnaire adress\u00e9 anonymement aux \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s. Ceux-ci y r\u00e9pondent en quelques minutes et les r\u00e9sultats peuvent \u00eatre exploit\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<p>Inscrite dans la logique des analytiques des enseignements (Prieto et al., 2016), la plateforme OURA permet d\u2019explorer un nouveau paradigme de formation. En 1998, Tardif \u00e9voquait d\u2019abord le <i>paradigme d\u2019enseignement<\/i> dans lequel le professeur\u00b7e est au centre du dispositif, c\u2019est lui qui instruit et qui pilote les apprentissages de ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Ensuite, il d\u00e9crivait le <i>paradigme d\u2019apprentissage<\/i> o\u00f9, au contraire, c\u2019est l\u2019apprenant qui est au c\u0153ur de l\u2019attention et c\u2019est lui qui doit s\u2019approprier les savoirs et d\u00e9velopper une pens\u00e9e r\u00e9flexive pour progresser. OURA propose d\u2019explorer un nouveau paradigme, celui des <i>contributions r\u00e9ciproques<\/i> dans lequel ce sont autant les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s que les professeur\u00b7e\u00b7s qui contribuent aux besoins des uns et des autres. Les premiers comptent sur les feedbacks du professeur pour progresser dans leurs apprentissages et les seconds attendent les retours de leurs \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s pour am\u00e9liorer leurs dispositifs d\u2019enseignement et se d\u00e9velopper professionnellement.<\/p>\n<p>Aux yeux de ses concepteur\u00b7trice\u00b7s, la plateforme OURA est une invitation \u00e0 explorer ce nouveau paradigme. Ils s\u2019emploient du reste \u00e0 le faire et \u00e0 en mesurer les effets dans des recherches effectu\u00e9es dans diff\u00e9rents contextes et disciplines.
