Les attentes scolaires sont d\u00e9sormais formalis\u00e9es pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l\u2019\u00e9cole obligatoire d\u00e8s le cycle 1 (CIIP, 2021). Les axes principaux du nouveau plan d\u2019\u00e9tudes romand \u00ab \u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique \u00bb (PER EdNum) concernent le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une culture et d\u2019une citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9riques.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ace-line\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid16\" class=\"ace-line\"><span class=\"\">La litt\u00e9rature offre de larges d\u00e9finitions de ces concepts :<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid17\" class=\"ace-line\">\n<ul class=\"list-bullet1\">\n<li><span class=\"\">Adoption de comportements s\u00fbrs, posture r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, critique et proactive, etc. pour la citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique (Martin et al., 2020).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid18\" class=\"ace-line\">\n<ul class=\"list-bullet1\">\n<li><span class=\"\">Compr\u00e9hension des enjeux \u00e9conomiques, politiques, sociaux de la num\u00e9risation, etc. pour la culture num\u00e9rique (Cardon, 2019).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid19\" class=\"ace-line\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid20\" class=\"ace-line\"><span class=\"\">Dans les cadres scolaires officiels, la d\u00e9finition du concept de citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique est tout autant polys\u00e9mique :<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid21\" class=\"ace-line\"><span class=\"\">\u00ab la capacit\u00e9 de s\u2019engager positivement, de mani\u00e8re critique et comp\u00e9tente dans l\u2019environnement num\u00e9rique, en s\u2019appuyant sur les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019une communication et d\u2019une cr\u00e9ation efficaces, pour pratiquer des formes de participation sociale respectueuses des droits de l\u2019Homme et de la dignit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation responsable de la technologie \u00bb (CIIP, 2021, p.46).<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid22\" class=\"ace-line\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid23\" class=\"ace-line\"><span class=\"\">et inexistante pour le\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"author-a-9xz65zuz79zoz90zkz80zz84zkz75zqz81zz82zh\">concept de culture num\u00e9rique<\/span><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid24\" class=\"ace-line\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid25\" class=\"ace-line\"><span class=\"\">Face \u00e0 ces ambitions plurielles, nous nous interrogerons sur deux enjeux qui nous semblent fondamentaux \u00e0 aborder pour penser la num\u00e9risation de l&#8217;\u00e9cole : le genre et la durabilit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid26\" class=\"ace-line\"><span class=\"\">Pour ce faire, les cadres de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences &#8220;PER EdNUM&#8221; et &#8220;Plan d\u2019action de la CIIP (2018)&#8221; seront analys\u00e9s afin d&#8217;identifier la prise en compte de ces enjeux aux dimensions \u00e9thiques.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid27\" class=\"ace-line\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid28\" class=\"ace-line\"><span class=\"\">Ces r\u00e9flexions seront men\u00e9es avec le Prof. HEP Lionel Alvarez et Mathieu Payn, collaborateur scientifique HEP (\u00e0 15h45,<span style=\"color: #1c2930\"> le 11 avril 2022),<\/span> dans le cadre du colloque LUDOVIA, qui se d\u00e9roulera du 11 au 13 avril 2022, et porteront sur :<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid29\" class=\"ace-line\">\n<ul class=\"list-bullet1\">\n<li><span class=\"\">Comment l\u2019\u00e9cole publique se positionne face \u00e0 des enjeux num\u00e9riques aux dimensions \u00e9thiques ?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid30\" class=\"ace-line\">\n<ul class=\"list-bullet1\">\n<li><span class=\"\">Dans quelles mesures la prise en compte des enjeux de genre et de durabilit\u00e9 en \u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique est-elle n\u00e9cessaire ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid31\" class=\"ace-line\">\n<ul class=\"list-bullet1\">\n<li><span class=\"\">&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bibliographie :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: arial\">Cardon, D.
