{"id":1820,"date":"2022-09-09T16:26:42","date_gmt":"2022-09-09T14:26:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/?p=1820"},"modified":"2022-09-09T16:48:51","modified_gmt":"2022-09-09T14:48:51","slug":"retour-sur-levenement-egalite-de-genre-et-transformation-numerique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/retour-sur-levenement-egalite-de-genre-et-transformation-numerique\/","title":{"rendered":"Retour sur l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement &#8220;\u00c9galit\u00e9 de genre et transformation num\u00e9rique&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement <em><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/genre-numerique\/vers-egalite-genre-numerique\/\">\u00ab\u00a0\u00c9galit\u00e9, genre et transition num\u00e9rique\u00a0<\/a>\u00bb<\/em>, la HES-SO, la HEG-FR, le dhCenter UNIL-EPFL, le Bureau de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de l\u2019EPFL et l\u2019association StrukturELLEles se sont r\u00e9unis \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heia-fr.ch\/fr\/\">HEIA<\/a> de Fribourg les 8 et 9 septembre 2022 pour se saisir de ces questions vives cr\u00e9ant ainsi un lieu de r\u00e9flexion, action et production de documentations au niveau inter-cantonal.<\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rentes personnalit\u00e9s politiques, acad\u00e9micien\u00b7ne\u00b7s, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, institutions publiques, associations et fondations toutes engag\u00e9es sur ces questions se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La manifestation s\u2019est ouverte avec la conf\u00e9rence pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re d\u2019Isabelle Collet intitul\u00e9e : <em>\u00ab La transition num\u00e9rique devra se faire avec les femmes ! \u00bb.<\/em> Plusieurs th\u00e9matiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es : M\u00e9canismes de production des savoirs, biais conscients, g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, hi\u00e9rarchisation des activit\u00e9s scolaires, habillage des t\u00e2ches, menace du st\u00e9r\u00e9otype\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Quelques r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour approfondir le sujet :<\/p>\n<h6>Collet, I. (2021). Appliquer une p\u00e9dagogie de l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans les enseignements d&#8217;informatique.\u00a0<i>Intersticesinfo<\/i>.<br \/>\nDuru-Bellat, M. (2016). \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9cole du genre.\u00a0<i>Enfances Psy<\/i>, (1), 90-100.<br \/>\nMosconi, N. (2003). Rapport au savoir et division socio-sexu\u00e9e des savoirs \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole.\u00a0<i>La lettre de l&#8217;enfance et de l&#8217;adolescence<\/i>,\u00a0<i>51<\/i>(1), 31-38.<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puis, des propositions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9es pour pratiquer une p\u00e9dagogie de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans sa classe et\/ou institution :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animer des ateliers d\u2019informatique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire<\/li>\n<li>Lutter contre les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes qui p\u00e8sent sur les m\u00e9tiers<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9senter des r\u00f4les mod\u00e8les<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par la suite, Jean-Nicolas Aebischer, directeur de la HEIA-FR, est revenu sur le manque de parit\u00e9 de son institution. Malgr\u00e9 ses 126 ans d\u2019existence, ce n&#8217;est qu&#8217;en 1991 que Laurence Bielmann Dubied devient la premi\u00e8re femme ing\u00e9nieure dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en \u00e9lectronique avec option informatique.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses interventions ont ensuite rythm\u00e9 le programme\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques-uns des nombreux projets pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/adatechschool.fr\/\"><strong><em>Ada Tech School<\/em><\/strong><\/a> est une \u00e9cole d\u2019informatique f\u00e9ministe qui propose des p\u00e9dagogies alternatives \u2013 bas\u00e9es sur les travaux de Freire, Freinet ou encore Montessori \u2013 et inclusives. L\u2019institut parisien, fond\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/chlo%C3%A9-hermary-b52943a8\/?originalSubdomain=fr\">Chlo\u00e9 Hermary<\/a>, compte aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e8s de 70% d&#8217;\u00e9tudiantes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.interface3.be\/\"><strong><em>Interface3<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>est un lieu de formation \u00e0 l\u2019informatique gratuit et non-mixte en Belgique. La p\u00e9dagogie de projet est au c\u0153ur des enseignements.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/impactia.org\/\"><strong><em>Impact IA<\/em><\/strong><\/a> est une fondation qui s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la place des femmes dans les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019intelligence artificielle au niveau international. Un livre blanc \u00ab Advancing Women in AI \u00bb &#8211; dressant un \u00e9tat des lieux &#8211; a permis une premi\u00e8re prise de conscience. Des solutions sont maintenant propos\u00e9es telles que le mentorat des hommes CEO par des femmes, les premi\u00e8res formations devraient d\u00e9buter cet automne.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epfl.ch\/education\/educational-initiatives\/fr\/le-projet-edunum-la-citoyennete-et-la-culture-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Le laboratoire LEARN <\/em><em>de l\u2019EPFL<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, en charge de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique dans le canton de Vaud, a aussi affich\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 &#8220;de construire de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 par le num\u00e9rique&#8221;. Des s\u00e9ances p\u00e9dagogiques notamment sur les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre dans les m\u00e9dias, destin\u00e9es aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves des cycles 2 et 3, sont en cours de conception.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Projet:Les_sans_pagEs\">Les sans pages<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Projet:Noircir_Wikip%C3%A9dia\">Noircir Wikip\u00e9dia<\/a><\/em><\/strong> luttent contre l\u2019invisibilit\u00e9 des femmes et des personnalit\u00e9s racis\u00e9es sur Wikip\u00e9dia. En proposant des ateliers d\u2019\u00e9critures, editathons, ces initiatives mettent en \u00e9vidence les biais de genre de l\u2019encyclop\u00e9die \u2013 13% de contributrices \u2013 et comblent les lacunes en r\u00e9digeant des bibliographies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1828 alignnone\" https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/pions_01-356x200.jpg 356w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/pions_01-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/pions_01-1422x800.jpg 1422w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;autres activit\u00e9s comme la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un e<em>scape game<\/em> sur genre\/num\u00e9rique anim\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/tecfa.unige.ch\/perso\/sieber\/\">Maud Plumettaz-Sieber<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/tecfa.unige.ch\/perso\/bonnat\/\">Catherine Bonnat<\/a> et entretiens sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/signataires\/pauline-ferrari\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biais algorithmiques<\/a>, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.letemps.ch\/societe\/jessica-pidoux-lalgorithme-tinder-peau\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applications de rencontre<\/a>, l&#8217;identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique&#8230; ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme intense et riche a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;occasion de d\u00e9couvrir des projets innovants et de rencontrer des personnalit\u00e9s engag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes ont permis de dresser\u00a0quelques\u00a0jalons th\u00e9oriques et m\u00e9thodologiques qui permettent de nourrir les <a href=\"https:\/\/education.cuso.ch\/les-membres\/detail-projet?tx_displaycontroller%5BshowUid%5D=54231&amp;cHash=b939fa5aa317804a39c232e90a9e9abc\">recherches actuelles<\/a> \/ futures men\u00e9es dans le cadre du CRE\/ATE et d&#8217;envisager des r\u00e9flexions communes\/inter-institutionnelles sur l&#8217;\u00e9thique du libre, les p\u00e9dagogies alternatives dans le tertiaire&#8230;, en faisant appel \u00e0 l&#8217;expertise de fondations, d&#8217;associations par exemple&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9dition aura lieu en septembre 2023
