Les organisateurs souhaitaient prendre un peu de recul sur les questions articulant l&#8217;\u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique et les besoins \u00e9ducatifs particuliers.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail bottom-up que m\u00e8ne API depuis une d\u00e9cennie vise la r\u00e9duction des barri\u00e8res \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de technologies num\u00e9riques. Ils th\u00e9saurisent sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices potentiels du d\u00e9ploiement d&#8217;outils num\u00e9riques sur les capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 agir, \u00e0 apprendre, \u00e0 participer&#8230; Toutefois, leur pertinence est ailleurs : avoir pens\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure de d\u00e9ploiement des technologies d&#8217;aide, f\u00e9d\u00e9rant les diff\u00e9rent\u00b7e\u00b7s acteurices, pour identifier les besoins et un projet p\u00e9dagogique, avant la s\u00e9lection de machines et logiciels d&#8217;aide.<\/p>\n<p>Ils effectuent aussi un travail de veille des outils, avec une classification par besoins combl\u00e9s notamment. Et dans cet exercice de veille, les besoins identifi\u00e9s qui ne trouvent pas de r\u00e9ponse technique \u00e9mergent. Il y avait la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de concevoir et d\u00e9velopper un outil.<\/p>\n<p>Comme illustration, leur derni\u00e8re production : <a href=\"https:\/\/dico.apiceras.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/dico.apiceras.ch\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2005\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/12\/dicoapi.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"272\" height=\"102\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Outils pens\u00e9s non seulement pour les usages des \u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sentant des difficult\u00e9s orthographiques, mais aussi pour des usages p\u00e9dagogiques o\u00f9 la &#8220;quantit\u00e9&#8221; d&#8217;aide \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9criture est modulable.<\/p>\n<p>Tout ce savoir d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience bien formalis\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente une belle opportunit\u00e9. La recherche acad\u00e9mique devient alors un partenaire cl\u00e9 pour documenter les int\u00e9r\u00eats et \u00e9cueils de leurs dispositifs avant d&#8217;envisager une g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de l&#8217;offre.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement d&#8217;anniversaire, concernant l\u2019articulation entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 besoins particuliers et technologies num\u00e9riques, les \u00e9changes ont permis de renverser les concepts : les technologies num\u00e9riques pour apprendre &#8211;&gt; la culture num\u00e9rique \u00e0 apprendre. Quid des \u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sentant une d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle ou une dyslexie s\u00e9v\u00e8re ? Quelle citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique l&#8217;\u00e9cole actuelle leur promet-elle ?<\/p>\n<p>A en voir les strat\u00e9gies num\u00e9riques et plans d&#8217;action des autorit\u00e9s (CDIP, 2018 ;\u00a0 CIIP, 2018), les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sentant des besoins \u00e9ducatifs particuliers sont les grands oubli\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique.
