Une communaut\u00e9 de pratiques prend forme \u00e0 la HEP Fribourg."},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Le 22 avril et le 6 mai 2024, se d\u00e9roulaient deux sessions de formation continue autour des &#8220;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives dans l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et la formation &#8211; des usages aux postures critiques&#8221;.<\/p>\r\n<p>Suite \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re <a href=\"https:\/\/tube.switch.ch\/videos\/V9Mr2hCqKh\">capsule vid\u00e9o<\/a> qui pr\u00e9sente, entre autres, le fonctionnement des intelligences artificielles g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives (IAG) et quelques IAG \u00e0 priori utilisables dans le contexte \u00e9ducatif, l&#8217;heure \u00e9tait au questionnement de l&#8217;utilit\u00e9, des usages individuels et institutionnels ! Est-ce que les IAG peuvent aider les enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 une meilleure organisation de leurs le\u00e7ons ? \u00c0 les assister dans la variation des modalit\u00e9s d\u2019enseignement-apprentissage et d&#8217;\u00e9valuation ?<\/p>\r\n<p>Les tests ont montr\u00e9 en tout cas qu&#8217;elles \u00e9taient capables, si les bonnes pratiques de <em>prompts<\/em> (formulation d\u2019instructions) sont respect\u00e9es, de proposer des organisations de s\u00e9ances plut\u00f4t coh\u00e9rentes, avec des modalit\u00e9s diverses et applicables, et proposer parfois de nouvelles id\u00e9es. Toutefois, le r\u00e9sultat est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral peu r\u00e9volutionnaire.<\/p>\r\n<p>Des limites sont rapidement constat\u00e9es par un participant, lorsque celui-ci demande \u00e0 une IAG de proposer une s\u00e9ance de cours de 90 minutes traitant des comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;objectif d\u2019apprentissage <a href=\"https:\/\/portail.ciip.ch\/per\/learning-objectives\/176\">EN22 du Plan d&#8217;Etudes Roman<\/a>, mais que celle-ci \u00e9tait incapable d\u2019en saisir les bouts touchants, malgr\u00e9 son acc\u00e8s au Web. Il a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que la valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e9tait ainsi plus sur la forme que sur le fond.<\/p>\r\n<p>Une coll\u00e8gue partage ensuite son exp\u00e9rience avec une appli d&#8217;IAG pour l&#8217;apprentissage de langues. Cette appli nomm\u00e9e \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.univerbal.app\/\">Univerbal<\/a> \u00bb int\u00e8gre un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;apprentissage automatique pour donner des feedbacks sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments lexicaux ou grammaticaux non maitris\u00e9s d\u2019une langue choisie par l\u2019utilisateur\u2219trice. Cette interaction auditive rappelle l\u2019interaction sociale et g\u00e9n\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9motion chez l\u2019apprenant\u2219e. Cela semble se rapprocher d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience avec un enseignant humain. Mais voici que le d\u00e9bat se lance autour de la place de l&#8217;enseignant dans ce nouvel \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Si la machine est aujourd&#8217;hui capable de proposer une structure de le\u00e7on satisfaisante, de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des \u00e9motions chez les apprentnant\u2219e\u2219s, de simuler une interaction sociale, pourrait-elle demain (avec un peu plus d&#8217;apprentissage et de fonctionnalit\u00e9s) remplacer l&#8217;enseignant ?<\/p>\r\n<p>Nous sommes rapidement et unanimement d\u2019accord que cela n\u2019est pas si simple et que les limites des syst\u00e8mes informatiques ne permettront pas d\u2019\u00e9galer \u00e0 tous les niveaux l\u2019\u00eatre humain. Cela nous a men\u00e9s vers le questionnement de la comparaison constante entre la machine et l\u2019humain. Une autre coll\u00e8gue questionne alors si cette comparaison n\u2019est pas contre-productive et pouvait induire en erreur. Si on comprend davantage comment les machines informatiques et les IAG fonctionnent, sans les mettre contin\u00fbment en opposition \u00e0 l\u2019\u00eatre humain, on pourrait supposer que les craintes bas\u00e9es sur les \u00e9motions seraient moins grandes. Alan Turing dans les ann\u00e9es 1950 comparait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la machine aux \u00eatres humains, lorsqu\u2019il parle pour la premi\u00e8re fois du Turing-Test. Cette comparaison reste encore de mise aujourd\u2019hui et va surement perdurer, mais elle provoque certainement des craintes bas\u00e9es principalement sur des \u00e9motions et peut-\u00eatre pas assez sur les faits\u2026 :<em> Hypoth\u00e8ses et r\u00e9flexions \u00e0 approfondir.<br \/><\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Est-ce que le terme des IAG ne pousse finalement pas \u00e0 une confusion entre \u00ab intelligence \u00bb et \u00ab performance \u00bb ? s&#8217;interroge un coll\u00e8gue. Les IAG sont-elles vraiment si intelligentes ? Pour tenter de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cela, nous avons dans un premier temps besoin de savoir ce qu\u2019est l\u2019intelligence, chose que nous peinons encore \u00e0 d\u00e9finir. Si la d\u00e9finition n\u2019est pas si claire, la proposition de Beat D\u00f6beli-Honegger est rappel\u00e9e (2024, <a href=\"https:\/\/gmls.phsz.ch\/GMLS\/WarumWirDenBegriffKIVermeiden\">https:\/\/gmls.phsz.ch\/GMLS\/WarumWirDenBegriffKIVermeiden<\/a>), invitant plut\u00f4t \u00e0 utiliser le terme \u00ab GML-Syst\u00e8me \u00bb (Generative Machine Learning Systems). (youtube.com)<\/a><\/em> <em>(2024)<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des questions de terminologie et des d\u00e9bats passionnants sur le futur des IAG ou GML, les \u00e9changes se sont poursuivis sur des aspects plus pragmatiques, dont notamment les solutions institutionnelles propos\u00e9es et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;identifier des pr\u00e9conisations en termes d\u2019outils et de pratiques pour l\u2019ensemble du corps enseignant de l&#8217;institution, ainsi que pour les \u00e9tudiant\u2219e\u2219s, afin de tendre vers une \u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et une vision institutionnelle commune. Pour ce faire, il semble opportun de proposer d\u2019une part un cours sp\u00e9cifique sur les IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019aborder leur int\u00e9gration dans les diff\u00e9rents domaines disciplinaires.<\/p>\r\n<p>Afin de continuer de nourrir ces r\u00e9flexions, une communaut\u00e9 de pratiques s\u2019est concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e.
