Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, disponible en format hybride, a r\u00e9uni une cinquantaine de participant.es en pr\u00e9sence ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 distance via visioconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une mise en contexte de Patrick Roy, Doyen R&amp;D de la HEP|PH FR. Dans son discours de bienvenue, Patrick Roy a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance des discussions autour de l\u2019usage du num\u00e9rique en \u00e9ducation et de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre \u00e9mancipation et contr\u00f4le, en ajoutant les enjeux de durabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n<p>Son discours a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi par l\u2019expos\u00e9 de Prof. Dr Margarida Romero, conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re invit\u00e9e pour cette demi-journ\u00e9e. Professeure des universit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur en France et professeure associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Laval au Canada, elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un expos\u00e9 intitul\u00e9\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Intelligences artificielles et l\u2019agentivit\u00e9 humaine en \u00e9ducation\u2009: de l\u2019acculturation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mancipation\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019expos\u00e9 a abord\u00e9 plusieurs aspects, notamment le rapport des enfants au num\u00e9rique et aux \u00e9crans (Figure\u00a01), des avantages du num\u00e9rique comme levier d\u2019apprentissage, facilitateur de gamification et source d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 chez les jeunes, ainsi que des inconv\u00e9nients tels que le d\u00e9tournement d\u2019usage, les probl\u00e8mes comportementaux et les addictions. Risques et possibilit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le expos\u00e9s par Prof. Dr Margarida Romero.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie par l\u2019expos\u00e9 de Prof. Dr Simon Collin, \u00e9galement invit\u00e9 par le CRE\/ATE pour cette demi-journ\u00e9e. Professeur des universit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019UQAM, il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un expos\u00e9 sur la gouvernance scolaire bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es. Dans un contexte o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es sont de plus en plus pr\u00e9sentes, les politiques tentent de quantifier le travail des collaborateurs et des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Cependant, cela peut \u00eatre biais\u00e9, notamment dans le contexte \u00e9ducatif, o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es de performance des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, d\u00e9corr\u00e9l\u00e9es de leurs profils et de leurs milieux sociaux, ne suffisent pas \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement. Simon Collin rappelle ainsi que les donn\u00e9es sont importantes, mais leur utilisation doit tenir compte de tous les facteurs psychosociaux qui les entourent. Le d\u00e9fi est de faire usage des bonnes donn\u00e9es pour les prises de d\u00e9cision ou, avec d\u2019autres mots, de ne pas utiliser des donn\u00e9es distantes pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions fines, et inversement. De plus, les enseignants doivent avoir un acc\u00e8s plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es pour les utiliser \u00e0 des fins d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de leurs programmes d\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une petite pause, les participant\u00b7es, en ligne et en pr\u00e9sence, ont particip\u00e9 au World Caf\u00e9. Le principe consistait \u00e0 se regrouper autour des cinq tables \u00e0 disposition, chacune traitant de questions pratiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de la formation. Les th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es allaient du questionnement des finalit\u00e9s de la num\u00e9risation de l\u2019\u00e9cole, aux technologies adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque niveau d\u2019enseignement, en passant par les n\u00e9cessit\u00e9s de soutien aux enseignants et les liens entre libert\u00e9s de choix et contraintes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs rotations des diff\u00e9rents groupes autour des diff\u00e9rentes tables, les animateur\u00b7rices du CRE\/ATE ont restitu\u00e9 les id\u00e9es not\u00e9es sur les flipcharts. Le World Caf\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 un excellent moyen de prolonger les \u00e9changes autour des questions soulev\u00e9es par les deux conf\u00e9renciers invit\u00e9s. Parmi les finalit\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9es la sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie (dans le sens de l\u2019\u00e9mancipation) et \u00e0 l\u2019autor\u00e9gulation, la pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019isolement social et du d\u00e9clin cognitif, etc. Il \u00e9tait clairement question du r\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9cole pour accompagner l\u2019usage des outils num\u00e9riques, au-del\u00e0 de leur simple utilisation.
