En d\u00e9veloppant OURA, le CRE\/ATE (HEPFR) et \u00e0 la HEP BEJUNE proposent d\u2019associer les apprenants \u00e0 la production de donn\u00e9es utiles \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation et l\u2019ajustement des dispositifs de formation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelque temps, <em>Swiss Universities<\/em> lan\u00e7ait le programme <em>Digital Skills<\/em> destin\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques des acteurs pr\u00e9sents dans les institutions tertiaires. La HEP Fribourg et la HEP BEJUNE ont saisi cette chance et ont mutualis\u00e9 leurs forces pour proposer le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un outil permettant \u00e0 la fois de mobiliser les capacit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques des formateurs tout en leur offrant un outil propre \u00e0 r\u00e9gulation les dispositifs de formation qu\u2019ils proposent \u00e0 leurs \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n<p>Le point de d\u00e9part du projet repose sur l\u2019utilisation de donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques pour ajuster les formations. Aujourd\u2019hui, les plateformes d\u2019apprentissage produisent des <em>big datas<\/em> qu\u2019il est possible d\u2019exploiter pour analyser les activit\u00e9s des usagers et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, pour r\u00e9guler les enseignements. Le projet d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par ces deux hautes \u00e9coles p\u00e9dagogiques propose d\u2019agr\u00e9ger \u00e0 ces donn\u00e9es produites automatiquement, des informations collect\u00e9es directement chez les apprenants en fonction de crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis d\u00e9finis par les formateurs. Ces derniers peuvent ainsi choisir diff\u00e9rents domaines et dimensions pour lesquels ils souhaitent avoir des feed-back de la part de leurs \u00e9tudiants. Par exemple, apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une activit\u00e9 en groupe ou d\u2019une s\u00e9quence frontale, le professeur pourra demander \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudiants de lui dire dans quelle mesure les exercices propos\u00e9s auront \u00e9t\u00e9 profitables aux apprentissages, utiles, adapt\u00e9s ou encore r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans des conditions acceptables.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-262\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/06\/afro-3387294_1280.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"292\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/afro-3387294_1280.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/afro-3387294_1280-768x641.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/afro-3387294_1280-240x200.jpg 240w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/afro-3387294_1280-479x400.jpg 479w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/afro-3387294_1280-959x800.jpg 959w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>OURA (<strong>ou<\/strong>til de <strong>r<\/strong>\u00e9gulation des <strong>a<\/strong>pprentissages) est une application web qui est extr\u00eamement facile \u00e0 utiliser. En quelques clics, les formateurs peuvent param\u00e9trer les questions qu\u2019ils souhaitent poser \u00e0 leurs \u00e9tudiants. Ces derniers n\u2019ont besoin que de quelques minutes pour y r\u00e9pondre ce qui permet une int\u00e9gration facile de l\u2019outil dans les cours. Via un tableau de bord particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9tudi\u00e9, les donn\u00e9es sont ensuite disponibles aux professeurs qui peuvent en tirer profit pour ajuster leurs dispositifs de formation. Il leur est ainsi possible de d\u00e9tecter les activit\u00e9s les plus motivantes ou celles qui semblent avoir produit les meilleurs apprentissages. Les \u00e9tudiants quant \u00e0 eux qui peuvent \u00e9galement acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leurs propres donn\u00e9es et effectuer un travail r\u00e9flexif sur leur implication dans les cours.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019outil en actuellement en phase de d\u00e9veloppement et sera test\u00e9 d\u00e8s septembre 2019 avec une vol\u00e9e de formateurs dans les deux hautes \u00e9coles p\u00e9dagogiques.
