Un panel de 11 personnes aux profils vari\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 par Gr\u00e9gory Grin et Charlotte Raemy pour traverser les 5 \u00e9tapes du processus design thinking et tendre vers des propositions concr\u00e8tes (merci \u00e0 eux !). Avec des comp\u00e9tences en innovation, en entrepreneuriat, en \u00e9ducation, en parentalit\u00e9, en informatique, en gestion&#8230;&#8230; la diversit\u00e9 des apports des participants \u00e9tait tout \u00e0 fait stimulante. La d\u00e9marche a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9e par la question suivante : &#8220;comment penser l\u2019\u00e9cole pour permettre aux enfants de se pr\u00e9parer au monde de demain\u2009?&#8221;. Place donc \u00e0 la phase EMPATHIE.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-282 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/06\/img_0867.jpg\" alt=\"En route pour aller int\u00e9roger les gens !\" width=\"489\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En questionnant la foule (parents, anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves, employeurs, citoyens&#8230;), le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre a pris forme : il semble qu&#8217;il y a un besoin :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Renforcer le d\u00e9veloppement des <em>soft skills<\/em> pour faciliter l\u2019insertion citoyenne et professionnelle\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>Viser le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019apprendre \u00e0 apprendre pour permettre l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 un monde en perp\u00e9tuel changement\u2009; et<\/li>\n<li>Flexibiliser les parcours d\u2019\u00e9ducation pour maximiser l\u2019ad\u00e9quation de l\u2019environnement offert aux besoins singuliers d\u2019apprentissage et de d\u00e9veloppement de chacun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c0 noter, aucune personne interrog\u00e9e n&#8217;a remis en question fondamentalement le syst\u00e8me scolaire, mise \u00e0 part cette fleuriste qui affirme avoir commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre le jour o\u00f9 elle a quitt\u00e9 les bancs d&#8217;\u00e9cole&#8230; Intrigant.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, l&#8217;\u00e9tape DEFINITION a permis \u00e0 chacun des deux sous-groupes de pr\u00e9ciser la question initiale pour, dans un moment d&#8217;une cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 folle, entrer plus motiv\u00e9s que jamais dans la phase d&#8217;ID\u00c9ATION.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-291 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/06\/designthinking03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"858\" height=\"547\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking03.jpg 2856w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking03-768x490.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking03-314x200.jpg 314w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking03-627x400.jpg 627w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking03-1255x800.jpg 1255w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 858px) 100vw, 858px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les id\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formalis\u00e9es et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es pour obtenir du feedback : comment la captation de donn\u00e9es (big data) est-elle rendue transparente ? le lien avec les services publics et les entreprises pour offrir des projets r\u00e9els aux apprenants semble tr\u00e8s prometteur ? si le r\u00f4le de l&#8217;enseignant change, comment organiser sa formation ?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-325 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/06\/designthinking06-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1131\" height=\"319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking06-2.jpg 4010w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking06-2-768x217.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking06-2-708x200.jpg 708w, https:\/\/blog.unifr.ch\/create\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/designthinking06-2-1416x400.jpg 1416w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1131px) 100vw, 1131px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le bootcamp a termin\u00e9 en explosion de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, puisque le prototypage est pass\u00e9 par la cr\u00e9ation de sayn\u00e8tes qui montrer ce que pourrait \u00eatre les solutions propos\u00e9es. L&#8217;humour inject\u00e9 n&#8217;a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 de soulever des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s que l&#8217;on peut souhaiter (ou pas) voir appara\u00eetre dans l&#8217;\u00e9cole de demain.<\/p>\n<p>Tout ce processus a permis d&#8217;extraire des th\u00e9matiques p\u00e9dagogiques \u00e0 d\u00e9cortiquer :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>modification du r\u00f4le de l\u2019enseignant<\/li>\n<li>modification de l\u2019espace et du temps scolaire<\/li>\n<li>accroissement de la libert\u00e9 de choix laiss\u00e9e aux apprenants<\/li>\n<li>documentation syst\u00e9matique des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage<\/li>\n<li>engagement dans des projets r\u00e9els<\/li>\n<li>liens avec les services publics et l\u2019\u00e9conomie priv\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>le m\u00e9lange des \u00e2ges<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre que la synth\u00e8se de tout cela pourrait \u00eatre la suivante : Faisons de ces th\u00e8mes p\u00e9dagogiques des d\u00e9bats publics et non des d\u00e9bats d&#8217;experts, tant les participants ont su apporter de l&#8217;eau au moulin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En juin 2019, l&#8217;Association for Student Innovation et le CRE\/ATE de la HEP|PH FR ont organis\u00e9 un Design Thinkling bootcamp pour questionner l&#8217;\u00e9cole et son ad\u00e9quation.
