Cette rencontre publique a rassembl\u00e9 l&#8217;auditoire, ainsi que Elvio Fisler, Monika Wicki, Jennifer Carmichael, Guy Dayer, Ueli Anken et Lionel Alvarez. Les \u00e9changes ont certes d\u00e9but\u00e9 par des pr\u00e9sentations formelles, mais ont vite pris la direction d&#8217;un consensus : il y a tant de projets \u00e0 mener au sein de la p\u00e9dagogie sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e pour exploiter de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie les technologies num\u00e9riques comme soutien \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage et au d\u00e9veloppement. Puisqu&#8217;il semble qu&#8217;en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9quipement les pratiques n&#8217;ont que rarement \u00e9taient satisfaisantes, comment permettre le d\u00e9ploiement d&#8217;outils num\u00e9riques pour qu&#8217;ils soient r\u00e9ellement porteurs de sens ? Si les uns d\u00e9fendaient un d\u00e9placement des budgets et des prises de d\u00e9cisions au niveau des \u00e9tablissements scolaires ou de formation (afin que les d\u00e9cisions soient plus rapides et plus adapt\u00e9es aux besoins r\u00e9els), les autres maintenaient une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de centralisation des achats (afin de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et de faciliter la formation des utilisations, ainsi que la gestion du parc technologique).<\/p>\n<p>Un \u00e9quilibre devra assur\u00e9ment \u00eatre trouv\u00e9, pour lequel je me permets une proposition. Est-ce que donner les budgets et les d\u00e9cisions au niveau des \u00e9tablissements, tout en maintenant une supervision (supra-?)cantonale quant au processus d\u2019impl\u00e9mentation ne serait-il pas une solution satisfaisante? Les cantons s&#8217;assuraient que les d\u00e9marches entreprises sont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, document\u00e9es, pertinentes&#8230;, en d\u00e9l\u00e9guant les responsabilit\u00e9s aux \u00e9tablissements.<\/p>\n<p>Des processus d&#8217;impl\u00e9mentations tels que d\u00e9crits par la litt\u00e9rature scientifique (voir ci-dessous pour des exemples) permettraient de d\u00e9finir la t\u00e2che de supervision attribu\u00e9e aux cantons, tout en pr\u00e9cisant les t\u00e2ches op\u00e9rationnelles des \u00e9tablissements.
