The Eclepens/Mormont quarry is located at the SE tip of the dextral Mormont tear fault. This fault show a regional Riedel zone geometry and strong local anisotropy.

During our recent work on tear faults and fault zone anatomy in the Eclepens-Mormont quarry we have used a drone to make a 3D rendering of the quarry:
